Easter Weekend

We had a busy Easter weekend. Madison flew in on Thursday and we were all excited to see her. When she got here the kids ran downstairs as soon as they heard the garage door open. Carly ran up to her and gave her a big hug. It was so sweet.

Friday we colored 3 dozen eggs, what a mess. I must forget every year how messy it is. Cain managed to spill the yellow all over his legs so he was yellow. My hands were so many colors, and Carson had one only one finger w/ color on it.Next year outside for sure.

Cain had a soccer game on Saturday and it was very cold. He did good, he really likes his Coach. Then we went to Aunt Bing Bing & Uncle Nolen's church Easter Egg Hunt, and ate lunch. Even though it was cold the kids had fun eating hotdogs & junk.

Scott went to the Braves game Saturday night with a friend and the kids & I made cupcakes with all different colors of icing.

Then Sunday Cain woke up and went into the kitchen to see what the Easter Bunny bought him. Then woke us all up. Carly loved her pink Bunny the best, Cain I think liked his Wii game the best, and Carson his silly string. We all had a blast with the silly string. Note to self buy lots of silly string it keeps the kids busy.

My mom & Ethan came over to hunt eggs. We had sandwiches & chips. The kids liked hunting the eggs. I love the pic of Cain peeing in the middle of hunting eggs with his basket behind him. I guess when you've gotta go you've gotta go.
