Another tooth...GONE!

Who keeps taking all this boys teeth?  This will be the 4th one he has lost.  This one was very bloody compared to the others, and Cain's face when he saw it he look frightened. He keeps telling me he doesn't want his teeth to come out.  And Carly wants hers to fall out.
